About the role

We are currently seeking an Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship with potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) and conversion to a full-time position based on performance. The role will focus on ensuring end to end management of projects and engaging with clients and understand problems across domains.

As WeDoGood is a startup in the scaling phase, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and demonstrate leadership qualities. You will also be involved in managing part-time team members/volunteers who come with deep expertise across different domains and help structure our projects.

This is an In person role from our Bangalore Office (Jayanagar)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with NGO founders and CXOs to understand their project requirements across multiple domains and scope their challenges into actionable projects.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders of existing partner NGOs to drive project success.
  • Connect regularly with NGOs, & volunteers, to ensure smooth communication, provide updates, and successful execution of projects.
  • Identify common operational challenges nonprofits face and turn them into templated projects to drive business revenue.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and projects while also working on initiatives to improve the structure and efficiency of the verticals.
  • Evaluate different strategies and run tests to identify successful approaches and areas for improvement to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Ability to commit at least 20 hours per week for a 6-month internship period, preferably a full-time role.
  • Strong leadership skills and a high level of ownership, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Comfortable working with the latest technology (including no code tools) and leveraging it to improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong interest in learning and adapting to new business areas and organizational structures while contributing to the scaling and growth of the organisation.
