Director, Associate General Counsel - Enterprise SaaS Commercial Contracting

Job Purpose This Director, Associate General Counsel will report to the General Counsel in the ICE Mortgage Technology business unit as an integral member of a small legal team that negotiates complex contracts for our enterprise mortgage technology SaaS solutions. You will personally draft, negotiate, and close the company's most complex, high-value enterprise SaaS agreements with mortgage lenders, servicers, banks, and strategic technology partners.
