We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Argyle, WA and start a rewarding career as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprentice.

This is your opportunity to learn from experienced technicians, work on a modern fleet, and gain the skills needed to become a qualified tradesperson.

You'll get hands-on experience with leading brands including Kenworth, DAF, Cummins, and BPW, while learning everything from routine servicing and preventative maintenance through to diagnostics, repairs, and breakdown support.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic Apprentice, you'll learn on the job while working alongside experienced technicians. You will:

Assist with servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy vehicles and trailers.

Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.

Support breakdown and accident repairs when required.
-
Work with modern workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology.

Complete maintenance and repair documentation.
-
Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment.

Attend TAFE and workplace training as part of your apprenticeship.

What We’re Looking for

You don’t need to be an expert mechanic — we’re looking for attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you:

Enjoy working with your hands and figuring out how things work.

Have completed, or are currently completing, Year 10 or higher.
