Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead oversees daily operations, guiding the warehouse team to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives. This role ensures the timely, accurate, and efficient handling of materials for inventory and customer orders while enforcing compliance with core and program-specific processes. The Team Lead collaborates with Order Management, Corporate Sourcing, Inventory Planning, Project/Program/Account Management, and Transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position manages tasks beyond standard shipments, focusing on shipment accuracy and overall quality control.
