Global Mobility Analyst (Immigration Specialist)

Lead the International Worker Program and execute the development, implementation and administration of the Immigration & Global Mobility initiatives across the organization. Ensure all applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and timely. Identify and implement efficiencies and standardization, develop and execute project plans and initiatives, deliver international transactional services, and counsel associates and senior leaders on what visas are appropriate to authorize based on the purpose and length of travel. Responsible for conducting informational sessions with travelers and leaders prior to travel, supporting global mobility strategies and business objectives, create and administer immigration and global mobility policies and programs and remain current with all immigration law changes and their impact to NFCU.
