Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain & Operations Analytic

TThe Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic analytics partner supporting Workplace Infrastructure & Logistics and Administrative Services operational functions. This role applies advanced analytics, business intelligence, process automation, and performance management practices to help leaders improve service delivery, optimize resources, support workforce and budget planning, and measure organizational performance. The analyst will develop enterprise-ready reporting solutions, establish KPI frameworks, integrate operational data across multiple systems, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
