As a member of the Group S&T the Manager will be responsible for implementing MTNs strategy through the successful delivery of MTN’s identified strategic programs. The Manager Strategy and Transformation will be accountable for the end to end delivery of work streams as part of a larger program. This will involve leading cross functional teams in the successful delivery of the work stream. The Manager will work as a part of a larger Program team consisting of other internal consultants, external contractors and business line subject matter experts and will for purposes of the program report into the relevant Senior Manager for the program. The Manager will form part of more than one program team at a time and as such may report to more than one Senior Manager simultaneously. The Manager will also be responsible for contributing to building MTN’s overall capacity to deliver programs through contributing to the knowledge repository, processes, tools and culture of the Group S&T team.
