Stores and Raw Material Support

• Job Title: Store support –Executive - Assistant Manager
• -
• Handing PP bags godown (Receipt / Issue / Physical)
• -
• Material receipt, verification as per PO / Invoice / Challan, and GRN preparation.
• -
• Coordination of inbound logistics and vehicle placement at vendor sites
• -
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials
• -
• Preparation and processing of Stock Transfer Orders (STO).
• -
• Monitoring and maintenance of Min-Max/Reorder Level (ROL) inventory. Ensuring continuous availability of ROL items.
• -
• Raising Service PRs and service POs for transportation (inbound and outbound logistics against RGP & PO materials).
• -
• Generation of E-Way Bills for RGP, STO, and import-related material movements.
• -
• Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, and stock balance (manual & SAP)
• -
• Issue materials as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS)
• -
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
• -
• Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels of inventory
• -
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and site teams for material availability
• -
• Handle scrap, surplus, and obsolete materials as per company procedures
• -
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in stores
• -
• Prepare daily / monthly inventory and consumption reports
• -
• Support internal and external audits related to store activities
