Butler

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Butler to join our luxury hospitality team in Lusail, Qatar. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our distinguished guests and VIPs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. As a Butler, you will be the cornerstone of our guest experience, coordinating seamlessly across departments and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency. Provide dedicated and exceptional butler service to guests and VIPs, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion at all times Facilitate refreshments, dining arrangements, and transfer coordination while ensuring all services exceed guest expectations Coordinate with various departments regarding guest needs, including room requirements, laundry services, pressing requests, and special bookings Prepare and oversee the setup of welcome amenities and assist with kitchen equipment and service logistics Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously with flexibility and composure, prioritizing tasks efficiently Maintain impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor, representing the organization with integrity Communicate proactively with guests to understand preferences and customize service delivery accordingly Document guest interactions and preferences using Opera and Microsoft applications to ensure continuity of service

At least one (1) year of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Opera and Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of fine dining protocols, service standards, and luxury hospitality operations Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing guest needs Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining service excellence Discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity in all guest interactions Valid work permit enabling employment in Qatar Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
