This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.About the RoleAs an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision- Collect and record accurate session data- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special educationQualifications-Current RBT Certification (required)- CPR Training (required)- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)What We OfferCompetitive pay: $25.00 per hour- Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees)- Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization- Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs- Company-provided iPadBackground CheckAll candidates must pass a background check.
