Pipeline Management Analyst

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the pipeline of 7,300+ accounts within the ME&LE segment which has a total value base of AED 1.1 Billion.
• Managing dashboards for all verticals, presenting detailed extensive reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Feeding the FNE, PIS, FWA project opportunities and opportunities from the other sources.
• SharePoint super admin, designers and moderators for all the ME&LE sites
• Daily meetings with the vertical account managers, solution consultants, expansion stakeholders and directors wherein the sales performance including the opportunities, work cell, revenue, account health and strategy are discussed. All the issues are discussed in order to be resolved promptly.
• Analysis and methodological workarounds for the bottlenecks and weak points in the process.
• Generate reports for Trade Forums, MBR and prepare FNE Reports, KPI Reports, Opportunity Bids Snapshots.
• Facilitating account transfer process (within verticals and outside segments), including account planning and account grouping.
• Managing the SPR dashboard and CAT Portal for the use by channel managers and account managers.
• Creating the governance and operational guidelines for the SharePoint systems and associated users.
• Creating work orders in CRM and make sure that the customer is been billed through BSCS
• O2C part of role demands complex projects are delivered, orders processed, services activated and billed.
• Supporting sales in closing deals and ensure revenue is realized with full visibility on customer and its services.
• Provide adhoc support to stakeholders with regards to activated contracts, early termination clauses etc.
• Supporting project managers in delivering the customer requests within the agreed SLA
• Giving all the possible feasibilities to sales team regarding customer deals.
• Analyze work order data to provide insights and trends to higher management.
• Daily engagement with AM, PM and solution consultants in order to fulfil the smooth delivery of the services to the customer.
• Testing complex scenarios in for both L2O and O2C processes.
• SPOC for Mobile, Fixed, datamena, Broadcast and NBI products, services, opportunities and billing.
• Investigating and resolving complex billing and service disputes.
• The ability to manage team of account executives

Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom, or Sales and marketing
• MBA in business, sales, or marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience out of which minimum 5+ years in a technical/business operations and management role.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of the telecom and ICT industry with hands on experience on the products and services
• Possess logical, statistical and inter-personal skills. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present a clear message
• Comprehensive analytical skills, including ability to plan and organize
• Ability to be creative, flexible and responsive to organizational needs and standards
• Expert level skills in reporting, analytics and making use of Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Infopath Designer, CRM, BSCS, IWV and MS Outlook.
• System Administration and Management certifications are preferred
