Senior Software Project Manager

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.
*Key Responsibilities:*

• Lead full SDLC from initiation to deployment and support
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
• Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps)
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies
• Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices
• Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance

Requirements

*Requirements:*

• 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PMP/CSM is a plus)
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

*Preferred:*

• Experience in healthcare / enterprise systems
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
