3011 - HVAC Interior IP Design Engineer

Key responsabilities

• Define component and system engineering requirements.
• Create and develop engineering designs and concepts.
• Perform packaging, tolerance, and feasibility studies.
• Develop CAD models, drawings, and engineering releases.
• Support CAE, prototype builds, testing, Sourcing and validation activities.
• Resolve design, manufacturing, quality, and launch issues.
• Collaborate with Internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage engineering changes and documentation.
• Proven background in concept-to-production vehicle development and problem-solving

Requirements

• 5y+ years of automotive/commerical vehicle engineering experience within HVAC and Interior Instrument Panel
• Experience in systems and Cross-Car Beam (CCB) architectures
• 3y+ CAD experience (CATIA 3Dx, 3D Expereince or V5)
• GD&T and tolerance analysis
• DFMA & Serviceability principles
• Enlgish: C1/Advanced
