Server

IHOP is seeking a friendly and efficient Server to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus in a timely manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and addressing any concerns proactively.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
