About The Role
SALES ADMIN PROCESSES
Provide efficient, timely and accurate sales administration support including:
- High volume sales admin processing.
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer orders
- Inputting delivery and pick-up dates
- Ad hoc office duties including physical and electronic filing
WORKING HOURS
-
Monday to Friday, 11:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility for 10:00am starts during busy periods, particularly at the end of promotional periods.

Weekend availability required when needed, primarily for annual leave coverage.

Availability to work Public Holidays and during key June and January sale periods.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and organised under pressure during busy periods
- Remain open and positive in times of change and increases in work volume

- Work cooperatively to problem solve and achieve work requirements, especially when work volumes are high or unexpected challenges arise

- Process client order changes accurately and efficiently.

- Open to weekend work when needed
