Senior Full Stack Engineer

This role is hands-on and suited to someone who can lead by example, partner with stakeholders, and help shape engineering standards while delivering high-quality software at pace.

Core requirements
Senior full stack engineering capability with a strong front-end foundation: ReactJS and TypeScript
Strong back-end engineering mindset (API design, integration, performance, security)
AI/ML engineering skills (building and integrating AI-driven features into products; ideally with practical experience using modern model/tooling)
DevOps capability to support build, release, and reliability (CI/CD, automation, environment management, observability)
Highly advantageous
Python development experience (especially for AI/data workloads and services)
Strong data experience (data pipelines, data modelling, analytics/feature engineering, working with structured/unstructured data)
Leadership expectations
Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code review leadership
Drive good engineering practices (testing, documentation, maintainability, security)
Collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and delivery teams
