Centre Manager

Role Overview
:
We are looking for a Centre Manager to take end-to-end ownership of centre operations, revenue, customer experience, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Own centre revenue, business targets and key operational KPIs.
• Lead and manage veterinarians, groomers, PRMs and support staff.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, performance and employee engagement.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations.
• Manage rosters, attendance, inventory, vendors and centre hygiene.
• Track performance metrics and drive improvements in productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

Requirements

:

• 3–6 years of experience in Centre/Clinic Operations, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or similar roles.
• Strong people management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Business and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience managing teams and revenue targets preferred.
• Pet care/veterinary/healthcare experience is an added advantage.
