About The Role

Welcome to Expo City Dubai, where innovation and sustainability meet to create a city of endless possibilities. We are a dynamic business hub, host a vibrant cultural scene, and deliver through innovative educational initiatives—we are the city of the future. We are more than just a destination - we are an ecosystem of opportunity, offering a unique chance to be part of something extraordinary. Together, we are building a sustainable, tech-enabled and human-centric city that will inspire future generations. Here, you will support us in creating the future and experience a world of innovation, growth and prosperity for people and planet. To manage the delivery of the port folio’s projects while providing hands-on geospatial and Earth-observation expertise. The role combines project management with real technical capability — more than a data analyst — so that multiple projects can run in parallel and quality assurance is not solely dependent on single person. It directly reduces the key-person risk in the portfolio. The main responsibilities for this role include: Manage delivery of live projects: planning, scheduling, budgets, milestones and reporting against contract requirements. Provide geospatial / EO technical capability — analysis, mapping, remote sensing and platform work — and produce or oversee technical deliverables. Coordinate and technically manage the day-to-day work of consultants, interns, university partners and external firms delivering specialist components — assigning tasks, reviewing outputs and keeping delivery on track. Perform first-pass quality assurance on technical outputs before the sign-off. Contribute the technical sections and methodology inputs to proposals (with the BD Specialist). Communicate results to clients and support technical presentations. Collaborate with the wider Terra Impact team — providing geospatial and monitoring support to other platforms (e.g. biodiversity, nature-based projects) and contributing to shared, cross-platform deliverables. Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills required Essential 6+ years of relevant experience as well as: GIS / remote-sensing / geospatial-data expertise. Demonstrated project management: budgets, timelines, deliverables, client reporting. Experience managing consultants or external technical teams. Strong technical writing and result communication. Domain exposure to water, land, agriculture or climate-resilience applications valued.
