Director of Product Management (Advertiser Growth)

Join Pinterest as the Director of Product Management for Advertiser Growth. In this role, you will own the product strategy for a major monetization lever and serve as a critical thought partner to our Business Platforms leadership. You will establish durable platform strategies that scale, drive the adoption and revenue impact of our business-facing tools, and align priorities across multiple teams. This is a dedicated people leadership role where you will have the mandate to develop the next generation of product talent at Pinterest.

• Establish and execute product strategy for monetization growth, focusing on AI integration.
• Drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact of business-facing tools through intelligent product investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver best-in-class business tooling.

• Strategic & Operational Rigor: Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across multiple stakeholders, and drive durable revenue growth through principled trade-offs
• Platform Product Strategy: Demonstrated experience developing and scaling platforms, with a strong ability to distinguish between high-level orchestration and specific feature development
• AI/Agentic Fluency: Experience building AI-assistance functionality, specifically in a chatbot or agentic capability context
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Business Tools Product Experience: Proven background in designing and managing sophisticated business-facing tools, account management consoles, or complex user journeys in an advertising or related environment
• People Leadership: A track record of building, managing, and growing high-performing teams, including experience in talent development and performance management
