  1. 教育背景与专业知识：博士学历，微电子、物理化学、电路设计等相关专业，具有博士后研究经历；
  2. 专业技能与资格：能使用器件仿真、原子级仿真或电路级仿真完成低维材料器件性能分析，能独立完成先进材料器件设计及性能模拟；
  3. 行业与专业经验：在半导体领域具有企业应用开发经验，从事过低维材料（如MoS2、CNT等）相关研究并分析其器件性能。
