Essential Functions and responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Learn their style and budget needs, and guide them to great finds
Offer insights and suggestions to help create beautiful home spaces
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging showroom
Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow up on client needs
Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and sales tools

QualificationsRequired Education and Experience

1–3 years of B2C sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in furniture or interior design is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales tech platforms

Physical requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods
Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 lbs
