JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Role

• To develop sourcing channels for generating leads of Gold loans.
• Business Planning & development i.e. Tie-up with Dealers, DSAs & Brokers to generate leads for Gold loans
• Work closely with branch channel to drive Gold loans.
• Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets.
• Implement sales promotional activities as per bank norms, ensuring increment of sales in terms of volume and value.
• To ensure the availability and awareness of our product in every potential area of the market.
• Conduct retail activities to increase brand visibility and increase customer contact points.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
• Promote and market the bank's loan against gold products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding loan processes, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the bank's products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns for loan product promotion.
• Conduct market research and analyze client data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the loan process.
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications, ensuring data integrity.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processes, especially loans against gold, and an understanding of the market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for data management and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• A proactive and client-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in loan marketing.
• Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
