We are looking for a Spare Parts and Service Leader Iberia to drive the growth of our Valves Spare Parts business across Spain and Portugal. In this highly visible role, you will define and execute the commercial strategy for spare parts within our installed customer base, identify new growth opportunities, and lead initiatives that maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Sales and Service teams while acting as the primary business owner for the Spare Parts portfolio in Iberia.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Own and drive the Valves Spare Parts and Services business in Iberia, with full accountability for sales performance, budget achievement, and profitable growth.
  • Manage forecasting activities, monitor major opportunities, and provide regular business updates to Sales Leadership.
  • Own and develop installed base intelligence by identifying ageing or high-risk control valve populations and driving lifecycle extension and upgrade campaigns.
  • Identify shutdown, maintenance, and turnaround opportunities in advance, building customer engagement plans that secure early involvement and increase market share.
  • Advise customers on inventory optimization, spare parts stocking strategies, and valve replacement plans that improve reliability and operational performance.
  • Lead pricing and margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Final Control business strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, particularly Maintenance Managers, Reliability Managers, and Plant Operations teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales Engineers to identify opportunities, develop growth plans, and drive win rates through effective pursuit strategies.
  • Coordinate with Lifecycle Services teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled within critical project and maintenance schedules.
  • Manage the Spare Parts Engineers Team, supporting the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals, to maximize the effectiveness of the team.
  • Actively maintain customer opportunity pipelines, installed base information, and business intelligence through CRM and other commercial tools.
  • Manage and develop strategic spare parts agreements with key accounts such as Cepsa, Repsol, and Unelco.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including order intake, win rates, conversion performance and loss analysis, to drive continuous improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within an industrial or technical environment, with demonstrated success managing and growing industrial products or services portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong personal drive, resilience, and passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% for customer visits across the region.
