About The Role
Hispasat, as part of the SpaceRISE consortium, is responsible for the technical implementation and for ensuring the success of the IRIS² project, leveraging its extensive experience in satellite communications. This collaboration is essential to provide secure, reliable and high-performance communication solutions to the European Union and its Member States.
To be part of this project, we are looking for a People & Talent Partner professional. The responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Position Mission
Act as the main Human Resources point of contact for the IRIS² Programme, ensuring the comprehensive management of people-related processes associated with the project and facilitating coordination between the different corporate and operational areas involved.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating talent attraction, recruitment and onboarding activities for the programme, as well as supporting other HR processes, ensuring a consistent experience for employees, managers and candidates that is aligned with the strategic needs of the project.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead recruitment activities for the IRIS² Programme.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters and external partners.
- Ensure effective monitoring of candidates and vacancies, identifying potential risks and proposing appropriate action plans.
- Maintain up-to-date reporting on recruitment status, vacancy coverage and future talent needs.
- HR Coordination and Point of Contact for IRIS²
- Act as the main HR point of contact for the programme.
- Coordinate the different people-related initiatives affecting the project.
- Facilitate communication between programme leaders and the different HR areas.
- Ensure the correct implementation of corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in programme follow-up meetings to anticipate talent and organisational needs.
- Mobility and Development
- Support internal mobility processes associated with IRIS².
- Identify training and professional development needs.
- Collaborate in the management and implementation of these development needs.
- Compensation and Organisational Management
- Support the preparation and management of compensation proposals.
- Collaborate in the analysis of organisational structures and positions.
- Maintain up-to-date organisational information for the programme.
- Participate in workforce planning and resource sizing initiatives.
- Employee Management and Manager Support
- Advise managers and programme leaders on people-related matters.
- Support employees with queries related to HR processes.
- Collaborate on employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Develop HR metrics, reports and dashboards for IRIS².
- Identify opportunities to improve people management processes.
- Ensure the quality and traceability of HR information related to the programme.
- Promote initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- University Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment and talent management.
- Previous experience in technology, industrial or engineering environments, or in complex projects.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a generalist HR role would be an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and processes simultaneously.
Technical Knowledge
- End-to-end management of recruitment processes.
- Experience with recruitment and candidate tracking tools.
- General knowledge of organisational development and people management.
- Experience preparing and analysing HR metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.
Languages
- Native or bilingual Spanish.
- Fluent English, C1 level.
