Senior Business Development Representative

About the Role

You will join the go-to-market team in a fast growing procurement intelligence focused company. You will help scale sales to industrial customers in Europe and develop the pipeline through hands on prospecting and collaboration with the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Own the prospecting pipeline end to end using phone, email and social channels

• Run discovery conversations and qualify opportunities for the sales team
• -
• Execute outbound and inbound lead generation strategies and iterate as needed
• -
• Conduct market research to identify B2B prospects and tailor outreach
• -
• Develop sales materials, scripts and templates to support outreach
• -
• Share best practices through internal training sessions
• -
• Build product, market and customer knowledge to engage prospects with confidence
• -
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate prospecting and optimize workflows
• -
• Contribute to a fast paced, feedback driven sales culture with measurable results

What We're Looking For

• -
• 1-2 years of sales experience for standard level; 5+ years for senior level
• -
• Initial SaaS sales experience and comfort with sales technology
• -
• Experience owning B2B prospecting across phone, email and social channels
• -
• Strong written and spoken German language skills
• -
• Comfort in a startup like, high velocity environment and eagerness to learn
• -
• Interest or background in industrial or procurement sectors is a plus

Primary location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This role is on site, with a strong preference for local candidates.
