Senior Customer Engineer

About the Role

Join a growing customer success oriented engineering team to drive successful adoption of an AI powered platform for enterprise customers. You will work closely with product, engineering, and clients to translate needs into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance to deploy, configure, and optimize the platform for customers.
• -
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL backed data workflows and frontend/backend code with customers.
• -
• Help customers with prompting and related workflows to unlock value from the platform.
• -
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a technical liaison between customers and product/engineering.
• -
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• -
• Familiarity with Postgres.
• -
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node and Python.
• -
• Experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing a software platform for customers.
• -
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to act as a technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering.
• -
• Experience helping customers with prompting and related AI driven workflows.
• -
• Strong CS fundamentals and a track record of direct business impact through written code.
