Job Description

We are looking for an empathetic and motivated

Student Mentor (Creative Edge)

to guide aspirants preparing for Design Entrance Examinations.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate from a reputed design institute and possess a strong understanding of the design entrance preparation journey, admission process, portfolio development, and design school experience. Prior mentoring or teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one online mentoring sessions and regular follow-up calls with enrolled Design Entrance aspirants.

Time Management

Stress Management

Portfolio Development

Study Planning & Accountability

Design College Selection

Admission & Counselling Process

• Analyze students' preparation progress and provide personalized action plans.
• Share student progress updates and actionable insights with parents/family through designated WhatsApp groups twice every month.
• Motivate students throughout their preparation journey and help them stay consistent until admissions.

Skills & Experience Required

Must be a graduate from a reputed design institute, preferably

NID, NIFT, IIT (Design), UID

• , or any other design school.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of Design Entrance Exam patterns, portfolio requirements, and the admission process.
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
