Manager – Offline Academics

role based out of Bhopal.

Role Overview

The role involves managing and strengthening the academic operations of offline centers across India spanning multiple domains including:

Law

Judiciary

Design

Management

Key responsibilities include

• Overseeing academic functioning across offline centers
• Ensuring consistency and quality in academic delivery
• Identifying gaps in academic processes and operational workflows
• Building smoother, more efficient, and scalable academic systems
• Coordinating closely with center teams and academic stakeholders to drive execution excellence

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are preferably looking for

• An aptitude trainer from CLAT/CAT/IPMAT background with
• 2–4 years of experience
• Someone looking to transition into a
• non-teaching academic management role
• Strong aptitude for academic operations, coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across diverse academic verticals
• Willingness to work from Bhopal
• This role is ideal for candidates who wish to move beyond classroom teaching and contribute towards building high-impact academic systems at a national scale.
