iOS Engineer (Sponsorships)

As an iOS Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing and enhancing sponsorship experiences within the core iOS app. You'll collaborate with various teams, contribute to product direction, and have the opportunity to work directly with sponsorship partners. • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles expériences de parrainage dans l'application iOS.
• Participer aux discussions sur le produit et aux séances de brainstorming concernant les expériences de parrainage.
• Collaborer avec des partenaires de parrainage pour recueillir des idées de produits et trouver des solutions.

• At least 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Enjoy collaboration with a diverse group of thinkers while bringing our own unique experience and background to the team
• Take pride in building elegant and delightful product experiences. Substack works best when it gets out of the way so creators can focus on writing and connecting with their readers
• Believe in Substack’s mission to build a better business model for writing
• Independent and autonomous. We’re too small to micromanage, and expect that every person at the company owns their work and can be a leader
• Hold yourself and others to a high standard when working on production systems
• Experience at a fast-growing startup or working on a high-performing growth team is not required, but is a plus
• Experience shipping high quality, native iOS apps to the App Store. Bonus for both SwiftUI and UIKit
