About The Role

Join Twitch as an Executive Business Partner, where you will provide support and collaboration to the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and involves project management and operational coordination. You will manage complex calendaring and events, create confidential presentations and correspondence, coordinate travel and accommodations, and manage expense reporting. Additionally, you will support the team by managing meetings and events, improving processes, and coordinating operational planning. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and experience in program or project management are required.

  • Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations, and manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf.
  • Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business, managing its implementation across the organization.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative orientation – you build trust quickly, upwards, downwards, and across. You lead with empathy, adapt your approach to the person and the context, and understand that relationships are the foundation of influence
  • Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels (IC through Director+), across orgs, and across competing priorities. You know when to escalate, when to negotiate, and when to move forward
  • Proven ability to influence without authority – building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes through trust rather than positional power
  • Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication – able to distill complex work into clear, concise updates for any audience, from a Slack thread to an executive briefing
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams
  • Experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator (or both!)
