Finance Manager (FP&A)

Join our team as a Finance Manager (FP&A) and become a key financial partner supporting our personal finance business portfolio. In this role, you will own critical planning and reporting processes, provide financial insights that influence strategic decision-making, and help leadership understand performance drivers across the business. You will manage the FP&A calendar, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, create executive-level reporting, analyze financial data, and partner closely with Accounting and business stakeholders. • Gérer le calendrier FP&A, en veillant à l'exécution en temps voulu des activités de planification, de prévision et de reporting.
• Diriger les processus de budgétisation, de prévision et d'analyse des écarts pour les lignes de métier assignées.
• Développer et maintenir des modèles financiers qui soutiennent la planification stratégique, la prévision des effectifs et les décisions d'investissement.

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills
• Familiarity with executive-level reporting and KPI dashboard development
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning/reporting tools
• Experience supporting multiple business units or product lines
• Experience supporting subscription-based, fintech, consumer technology, or personal finance businesses
• Experience as a Finance Manager or in a lead FP&A role
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, or a related finance function
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with headcount planning and workforce forecasting
