Junior FP&A Analyst

Join Moneyfarm, a company disrupting the wealth industry, as a Junior FP&A Analyst. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Finance team, responsible for month-end reporting, FP&A models, and driving the forecast cycle. You will also provide deep-dive analyses on business performance, develop and enhance financial models, support monthly closing activities, and act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams. Additionally, you will identify and lead initiatives to improve processes and support capital planning.

• Développer, maintenir et améliorer des modèles financiers complexes pour soutenir la planification des scénarios et l'analyse de sensibilité.
• Agir en tant que partenaire stratégique pour les équipes commerciales, en fournissant des informations basées sur des données pour soutenir les nouvelles initiatives.

• 1 -2 years of experience in FP&A or Finance Controlling
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
• Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail
• A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial and analytical modelling skills, with a proven ability to build complex models
• Confidence and experience presenting complex financial analyses to senior management
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Previous experience within a “Big 4” accounting firm
