Job Description Senior Manager, Global Security Investigations APAC is responsible for leading the management of investigations and the handling of product security incidents in their region. They will also provide expert advice in relation to brand protection and/or product security to business stakeholders within their geography.Typical AccountabilitiesManagement oversight of the Handling Suspect Samples ProcessResponsible for the management of illegal trade investigations within the regionManagement of investigations cases from intake through to conclusion, prioritizing resources based on patient safety requirementsSupport Operations and the Supply Chain Security Manager by managing intake, triage and investigation of thefts reported within the region of responsibilityWorks with key market stakeholders within the region to understand how illegal trade impacts the geography and to support prevention of illegal tradeEnsure that suspect sample testing is conducted on a timely basis, and liaise regularly with stakeholders across multiple functions including QA, Regulatory Affairs, LegalRepresent AstraZeneca at a regional level with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, investigative consultants and counterparts within the industry to ensure successful outcomes are achievedDevelop operational investigation plans to reduce the impact of illegal activity involving AstraZeneca products and materials.Liaises with key business stakeholders to understand product security needs and, support the Director of Global Security Investigations in developing strategies to support those needs globally and across the entire product portfolioManages third party suppliers of investigations services and is accountable for service delivery according to a Statement of Work aligned to an approved investigation planEnsures that operational delivery is compliant with all relevant Regulatory, including Safety, Health and Environment and Quality, requirementsAccountable for regional delivery against Key Performance Indicators for illegal trade investigationsMaintain policy, procedures and processes owned by Global Security Investigations <team.Education>, Qualifications, Skills and ExperienceEssential5 plus years’ experience in managing complex investigations across multiple business marketsExperience in managing third party providersExperience at a regional level in multinational corporate environment in a regulated industryCommercial experience dealing with and influencing business stakeholdersExperience of liaising with law enforcement / government bodiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational experience, with formal qualification in investigations, intelligence and or law enforcementDesirableExperience in supply chain environmentKnowledge of Trademarks, Intellectual Property, and Brand protectionExperience of representation at industry forums and trade groupsGood presentation skills and experience of working within cross functional working groupsExperience of leveraging data insights and technology to track performance against KPIsDate Posted17-Sep-2026Closing Date16-Okt-2026AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
