Tasks Lead and develop our existing social media management team , owning content strategy , execution, and brand growth across our client accounts Personally manage Meta and Google Ads , with direct accountability for lead quality, CPL, CPC, and ROAS Deliver measurable month-over-month improvement in followers, views, engagement, and business results Build and lead our paid media/performance marketing function as our client base grows, starting hands-on and growing into a team leader Report results against clear monthly numbers, not vanity metrics Requirements 6-7 years of proven digital marketing experience , ideally from an established agency Hands-on, current experience managing live Meta and Google Ads budgets Real experience leading or mentoring a team , not just contributing to one A track record you can point to, specific engagement, follower, or ROAS numbers you personally moved Comfortable being measured against monthly numbers and owning the outcome , not just the activity Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka Benefits Where this goes: this role grows with the results you deliver, not on a fixed track.
