1.Production Planning Coordinator Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained;
Ensure all responsible MRP action messages are reviewed and executed timely; In the event of spot buy, need to follow with Purchasing Dept. for order confirmation and delivery schedule from;
2.Follow with suppliers and forwarders for order confirmation and exact pick-up and or shipping dates,
3.Maintain the MRP system via communicated result from suppliers and/or forwarders;
4.Raise P&RR as a service complain system to suppliers and/or forwarders;
Take lead to solve the receipt discrepancy with Warehouse and suppliers and/or forwarders;
5.Make sure suppliers and forwarders are paid according to agreed payment terms.
