PLC Engineer

Responsibilities

Electrical Distribution & Power Systems

• Strong knowledge of
• electrical circuit design, load calculations, and distribution systems
• .

Experience with

• switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, and protective devices
• .
• Ability to design and implement
• wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts
• .

Familiarity with

• power quality, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations
• .

Control & Automation

Proficiency in

• PLC programming
• (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with
• HMI development
• for operator interfaces.

Knowledge of

• industrial communication protocols
• (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA).

Experience in

• SCADA systems
• and integration with automation platforms.
• Ability to design
• control logic for gas flow, pressure regulation, and safety interlocks
• .

Understanding of

• pneumatics, valves, actuators, and mechanical interlocks
• .

Sensors & Instrumentation

Expertise in

• selection, installation, and calibration of sensors
• (pressure, flow, temperature, gas detection).

Understanding of

• signal conditioning, analog/digital inputs, and sensor integration with PLCs
• .

Knowledge of

• data acquisition systems
• for monitoring and diagnostics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in PLC & HMI programming.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and sensor handling.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Experienced in working for
• Gas equipment or semiconductor industry equipment
• .

Knowledge of

• automation systems, SCADA, or IoT integration
• .

Exposure to

• CAD tools
• for electrical design.
