About The Role

To drive the strategic direction, growth, profitability, and governance of assigned product portfolios by developing market-relevant propositions, enhancing customer value, managing portfolio performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

(A) Product Management -

  • Ownership of New product / program development in co-ordination with all Stakeholders for Health Care Finance (HCF) and Industrial Equipment Finance (IE).
  • Customer segmentation & product offerings - Framework design & implementation.
  • Continuously improve the existing products based on portfolio performance & Market dynamics.
  • Activation of all product programs in HCF & IE funding.
  • Activation of all regions in all the programs.
  • ATS & Program guardrail management for HCF & IE.
  • Product Marketing / Key USP / Branch level activity - 3 per month.
  • Marketing Campaign for product X-sell & Upsell for HCF & IE

(B) Process Management -

  • Build RLOS platform for HCF & IE business.
  • Process re-engineering & TAT management.
  • Develop Sales tools to increase productivity.
  • Service Guarantee offering in service.
  • Adherence to SOP and ensuring 100% file processing as per guidelines.
  • NIL audit errors for the product.
  • Process innovation

(C) Business & Revenue Management -

  • Achieve business growth target, incremental book growth, portfolio yield.
  • Work on sale budget, revenue parameters like sourcing yield, Fees.
  • Maintain optimal sourcing mix / channel Mix .
  • Cost control measures for better profitability.

(D) OEM Management -

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all OEM-related communications and negotiations.
  • Understand OEM business models, pain points, and market trends to offer tailored partnership strategies.
  • Drive co-marketing, co-development, and go-to-market initiatives to maximize mutual value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with OPS and legal teams to support partnership execution.
  • Monitor partner performance against SLAs, KPIs, and other contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with OEMs to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and compliance with partnership terms.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams based on OEM interactions.
  • Support pricing, product roadmap alignment, and supply chain coordination, as applicable.
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years
  • Qualifications: MBA
