Head of Growth

About the Role

This is a senior, high-ownership position sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Product for a fast-scaling AI communication SaaS company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full growth funnel, a seven-figure monthly budget, and a global marketing team, making this role directly responsible for the vast majority of company revenue.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.

• Hold full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.
• -
• Build, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists.

• Define the overall growth strategy and KPIs, and report performance directly to the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• -
• Proven track record leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global growth or marketing leadership role.
• -
• Strong background in a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS environment; experience at an AI company is a strong plus.
• -
• Demonstrated comfort owning and optimizing a seven-figure budget with clear revenue accountability.
• -
• Experience steering globally distributed teams across multiple markets and time zones.
• -
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in one of the company's hub cities: Vienna, Munich, Barcelona, or London (relocation support is available).

• Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves across brand, demand generation, and product-marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 150,000 to 250,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Location

On-site role based in Munich, Germany (Bavaria), with the option to be based in Vienna, Barcelona, or London instead. Relocation support is provided.
