What You'll Do

• Design high-quality marketing creatives across
• web, social media, print, email, and event collaterals
• .
• Create engaging visuals for
• performance marketing campaigns
• , including paid ads, landing pages, banners, and social content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual assets.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with SurveySparrow's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on design trends and marketing best practices to continuously improve creative output./

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years
• of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or performance marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across
• web, social media, print, and event collateral
• .
• Hands-on experience with

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma

• . Experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and marketing channels.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers, content writers, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating motion graphics or short animations.
• Basic understanding of UI design and landing page design.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.
