  • Desarrollar hojas de ruta estratégicas con hitos claros y métricas medibles para lograr objetivos ambiciosos y realizar un seguimiento del progreso de manera efectiva.
  • Apply for one position or as many as you like. Talent doesn’t always just go in one direction or fit in a single box. We’re happy to see whatever your superpower is and find the best place for it to flourish
  • We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in a fluid environment, and transforms ambiguity into clear solutions
  • The ideal candidate is deeply customer-obsessed, ensuring that their work consistently aligns with and addresses customer needs. If you’re passionate about building innovative products, shaping the future of AI-native search and discovery for private markets, and driving real impact for dealmakers, we’d love to hear from you
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain tradeoffs and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience developing a vision and roadmap for an area of a product – ideally Search, Discovery, Ranking, Recommendations, and/or AI/ML-powered workflows
  • Experience in a prior startup or high-ambiguity environment; a track record of managing ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way
  • Can partner and influence effectively across all levels of an organization, and regularly use these skills to improve the work going on around you
  • Experience with data analysis (using SQL/R/Python), metrics, and goal-setting – you’ve defined and owned metrics for search relevance and discovery success (offline and online)
  • Experience building high-quality, successful products with design, data science, and engineering teams, including launching and iterating using measurable KPIs
  • Interested in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment
  • Experience performing customer research to better understand your customers and uncover their true needs around search intent, relevance expectations, and decision-making workflows
  • 4+ years of search product management experience and 1+ year of experience within private capital markets
  • Vector search/embeddings, hybrid retrieval, reranking, query understanding, or ANN indexing experience
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI evaluation/monitoring (goldens, rubrics, regression, drift, hallucinations, prompt injection)
  • ElasticSearch/OpenSearch (or similar) familiarity
  • Familiarity with AI governance basics (PII, access control, auditability)
