Junior Trainer - AI Content Specialist with English and French

As a Junior Trainer - AI Content Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions, creating learning content, and building product knowledge. You will collaborate with senior trainers, collect participant feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement. • Participer à la livraison de sessions de formation sur des sujets définis et prendre progressivement en charge des sujets simples.
• Créer et mettre à jour des supports de formation simples sous la direction de formateurs plus expérimentés.
• Collaborer avec des formateurs plus expérimentés et suivre les processus et normes de formation établis.

• Secondary or university education in a relevant field (e.g. education, information technology, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• **Fluent** in **English** and **French**
• Demonstrates foundational knowledge or early exposure to training, learning, or a related domain equivalent to 0–2 years of experience.
• Shows ability to apply knowledge in a structured environment under guidance and follow established processes.
• Willingness to be 2 days a week in the office.
• Displays willingness to learn and develop skills in training delivery, content development, and facilitation.
