DevOps Engineer (Blockchain Infrastructure)

Join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer specializing in blockchain infrastructure. You will design and operate highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure supporting blockchain services and distributed systems. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, optimizing Kubernetes clusters, managing Infrastructure as Code, and improving CI/CD pipelines. You will also automate operational tasks, improve observability, ensure platform reliability, and troubleshoot production incidents. • Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and design and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis, and work closely with software engineers to improve deployment processes and platform.

• Experience with Git, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD platforms
• Experience operating middleware technologies such as: Kafka / Redis / NGINX
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Experience administering Linux systems and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Experience with Karpenter for Kubernetes autoscaling and node lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong scripting and programming skills in: Golang / Python
• Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes production environments
• Experience operating blockchain infrastructure or Web3 platforms
• Experience deploying and managing blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Cosmos, or other Layer 1/Layer 2 networks)
• Experience with Argo CD, Helm, Helmfile, or Flux
• Experience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployments
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
• Familiarity with message queues, distributed caching, and high-throughput systems
• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems
• Knowledge of RPC infrastructure, distributed databases, or high-performance networking
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain infrastructure providers
• Experience contributing to open-source projects
• Familiarity with blockchain RPC services, validators, indexing services, or distributed consensus systems
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, networking, and secrets management
• Experience operating multi-region, multi-cloud production environments
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices (IAM, WAF, Vault, KMS, etc.)
