Technical helpdesk

Join MSX International, a leading automotive support company, as we launch a new project for a premium brand in Belgium. We are seeking various specialists, including homologation specialists, warranty support specialists, field service engineers, technical specialists, and project managers. Candidates must have automotive experience and be fluent in Dutch and English, French and English, or bilingual Dutch/French with professional English.

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to automotive products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical problems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
