Software Engineer (IQ Grow)

As a Software Engineer on the IQ Grow team, you will play a key role in developing high-impact go-to-market initiatives that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth for our customers. You will work with cutting-edge AI tools and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performing, flexible, and scalable solutions that help restaurants deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Ship features end-to-end, from design through rollout, monitoring for success and iterating based on real-world use.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance development workflow.

• Excited about AI-assisted development and LLM-based agents (Claude Code or similar), and interested in pioneering new workflows with the team
• Curiosity and a growth mindset: you seek feedback, embrace change, and want to grow toward broader ownership
• Comfortable reading and integrating with frontend applications and curious to work across the stack when needed
• Effectively works with ambiguity, agile delivery, and shipping usable software incrementally
• Passionate about making users happy and seeing people use your product in the wild
• Strong collaboration skills: you communicate clearly with engineers, product, and business stakeholders, and adapt technical detail to the audience
• Strong on software development fundamentals — code quality, unit tests, clean code — and open to evolving your workflow with AI tooling
• Kotlin/Java experience, delivering products that drive impact
