Senior Software Engineer (Tokenization)

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Tokenization team, you will design and build core systems for issuing, custodying, and settling tokenized equities on-chain. You will lead complex projects, make architectural decisions, and work in a domain where correctness is crucial.

• Design and build the core systems that issue, custody, and settle tokenized equities on-chain, ensuring correctness and auditability.
• Lead technically complex projects end to end, making architectural decisions and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Build the connective tissue between traditional market infrastructure and on-chain systems, including smart contract integrations and DEX trade flows.

• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction beyond your own projects
• Demonstrated ownership of ambiguous, cross-functional projects, with the judgment to make tradeoffs and drive alignment
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a track record of delivering large-scale distributed systems in production
• Expertise in backend development with Go, Python, or Java, and deep familiarity with cloud-native architecture (Kafka, Postgres, Kubernetes, or equivalents)
• Working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals - EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement - or a strong appetite to go deep quickly
• Strong instincts for correctness-critical systems - idempotency, reconciliation, and reasoning carefully about failure modes when money is at stake
