As the Chief of Staff for the AI-native vertical, you will be the execution backbone of the team, focusing on go-to-market strategies and operational rhythm. You will also contribute to studio operations, including discovery and growing the founder pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to build real companies at the forefront of AI.

• Assister Raphaël Vullierme et les fondateurs dans l'exploitation de leurs entreprises, en se concentrant sur le go-to-market.
• Être responsable de la cadence opérationnelle de chaque entreprise, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient fixés, les notes soient prises et les décisions soient suivies.
• Participer à la transformation de nouvelles idées en opportunités tangibles, en travaillant sur la stratégie de sourcing pour chaque nouveau projet.

**Who we’re looking for**.

• **2 to 4 years of experience** as founder, go-to-market, growth, operations or even engineering in tech company/ecossystem. This is your shot to build real things, not assist. How you execute and you track executing matters more than the title on your resume.

• **A builder.** You’ve been hands-on inside an early-stage startup, or founded something yourself, and you build things: automations, tools, dashboards, experiments.

• **A genuine go-to-market appetite:** you’re not afraid to reach out cold, and you like the hands-on part of landing the first customers. You will meet real people and sell while being nobody for them.

• **High agency.** You’re the person who figures it out and ships, without waiting to be told how.

• **Hard worker and hungry:** you want to be part of building great companies, and you bring energy, hard work and rigor to it.

• **AI nerd:** you use AI tools on a daily basis and constantly test switch to better setup.

• **Comfortable being in front of people:** reaching out to founders, hosting events, representing the studio.

• **Working in English**
