Recruiter

Join Hadrian, a fast-paced, high-growth company, as a Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, building and executing sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities, and track hiring performance to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes. This is not a traditional recruiting role, and you will thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.

• A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Data-informed, organized, and proactive in managing competing priorities
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Experience closing complex offers, including negotiation across competing compensation and equity packages
• Passionate about candidate experience and building strong, high-performing teams
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments
