Senior Product Software Engineer (Merchant Experience)

Join seQura as a Senior Product Software Engineer, where you'll take ownership of product initiatives from problem understanding to outcome validation. You'll work across the full lifecycle of B2B initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and build and operate production software across backend and frontend. This role offers high autonomy, ownership, and accountability, with a focus on strong engineering fundamentals and product judgment.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience owning work beyond implementation
• Comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed

• Experience with product discovery, experimentation or success metrics
• Strong full-stack experience
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or React
• Experience building platforms or capabilities used by other teams
• Spanish fluency
