Senior Director (Office of the President)

Join our team as a Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations. In this highly strategic and operationally rigorous role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the Co Founder & President. You will drive strategic initiatives, commercial execution, operating cadence, cross-functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness across the business. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to executive leadership, requiring exceptional communication skills, executive presence, analytical horsepower, and the ability to manage ambiguity while driving measurable business outcomes.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the President on key commercial priorities and enterprise initiatives, translating executive priorities into actionable operating plans.
• Drive preparation and follow-through for executive meetings, strategic reviews, board materials, and leadership operating rhythms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic narrative consistency.
• Lead and optimize commercial operating processes across revenue-generating functions, building frameworks and mechanisms to improve organizational effectiveness, execution velocity, and operating discipline.

• The successful candidate will bring experience supporting senior executives within banking, payments, fintech, broader financial services, or adjacent ecosystems, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and high-growth environments

• Strong foundation in top-tier management consulting and/or investment banking
• 10+ years of experience across strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, financial services, fintech, or payments

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and operational transformation efforts
• Experience directly supporting senior executives such as a CEO, President, CRO, or other enterprise leaders
• Prior experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly analytical with strong financial and operational acumen
• Strong project management and organizational leadership capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
