Forward Deployed Engineer

Join our team as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and work directly with clients to deploy, customize, and troubleshoot our platform in their environment. You'll spend a portion of your time client-facing, building integrations that scale across custodians, and applying deep security and systems expertise. This role requires operational rigor around deployment, credential and key rotation, and incident response. • Client-facing deployment and troubleshooting of the platform in their environment.
• Building scalable integrations across custodians and designing reusable connective tissue.
• Maintaining operational rigor around deployment, credential and key rotation, and incident response.

• Operational discipline and attention to detail in high-stakes deployment and incident response scenarios
• Demonstrated ability to reason about security in the context of external system integrations and regulatory compliance
• Deep expertise in systems integration, financial services infrastructure, or comparable domain knowledge
• Comfort operating in regulated environments and working collaboratively with banking clients and compliance teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills under pressure in front of clients, not just the ability to solve problems alone at a desk
